Assassin's Creed II is a third person action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is the second video game installment of the Assassin's Creed series and is a direct sequel to the 2007 video game Assassin's Creed. The gameplay is a mixture of action, stealth and platforming.

The highly-anticipated CityCenter project is finally open in Las Vegas and poker fans have been turning out in their thousands to check out the 24-table poker room in the new Aria Casino. CityCenter officially opened its doors to the public on December 16 and, within minutes of setting up shop, players were lining up for the poker games. The Beatles Rock Band, the third of the series by Harmonix Music Systems and MTV Games, has been the most hyped video game of the year, and for the most part, it really delivers. The game opens with a fantastic animated video taking you through the Beatles story from their humble beginnings at Liverpool’s Cavern Club through their psychedelic Sergeant Pepper Period. It’s a superbly done piece of film that immediately catapults you into the heart of the game. From the main menu you can go straight into quickplay mode and try your hand at every song, but the real purpose of the game is Story mode, where you can follow the Beatles’ rise and rise; witnessing the hysteria of Beatlemania, their retirement from the road and their final swan song...
