Hungarian wins WSOP Event #38

Hungary's Valdemar Kwaysser won the WSOP Event #38, a Pot Limit Hold'em Championship by beating Canadian Matt Marafioti in the heads-up.

Kwaysser became only the third ever Hungarian ever to win a WSOP bracelet, joining Peter Gelencser and Peter Traply. Kwaysser resides in Budapest and has been playing poker for the last five years.

Kwaysser fought through a field of 268, where five countries were represented at the final table. Danni Stern finished fifth, one place ahead of Tom Marchese who banked $123,000. The Pot Limit Hold'em Championship was the second money finish in the WSOP 2010 for Marchese, and the first for Stern.
